The LRC 3 is a radio filling and overfill prevention system (optionally with cable solution OP1-4). It is designed for filling stationary and mobile tanks in non-EX areas. The LRC 3 can also be used as a dead man's solution. A liter display on the “LRC 3 Remote" hand-held transmitter is possible, but only in combination with a TWM from Horn-Tecalemit, SAM or Dezidata.

The LRC Small is a complete wireless filling and overfill prevention system. It is designed for filling stationary and mobile tanks. Overfilling is reliably prevented in conjunction with the limit value transmitter in the tank. The devices are approved for use in both potentially explosive and non-hazardous areas.

When a tanker is loaded or unloaded, the system automatically monitors the limit of the tank on shore and the complete unloading process by connecting to the process control system on shore. During the unloading process, the process can be interrupted or stopped from 2 independent locations by using the EX Remote System On shore, the system is permanently connected to the process control system. The system works without a cable connection between ship and shore, thus promoting the safety of the user. The LRC ADN battery case is used to ensure that the battery is not completely discharged during the entire process (up to 36 hours). The system works with all transducers.

Many countries require an overfill prevention system for loading ships. This can be implemented with optical sensors, limit value transmitters in accordance with EN13616 or also by means of float switches. The LRC-Small ship bunker system works in combination with all 3 types. (see also: LRC ship: loading/unloading).

LRC Small/GAS prevents the overfilling of LPG tanks. It was developed for the loading and unloading process. When the permissible filling quantity is reached, filling is stopped automatically. The driver can also interrupt/restart or stop the filling process immediately if necessary. The LRC Small/GAS can be used as a dead man's system in countries where a limit value sensor in the tank is not prescribed and not available.
