TKW MultiTank (mixing protection)
When fully expanded, MultiTank provides product mixing protection, overfill protection and an anti-theft system. Quality assurance (QSS) and earthing control can be integrated. Tank truck - SECU MultiTank (mixing protection):
The central control unit is located on the tanker. It ensures that no mixing can occur, neither during filling at the depot nor during unloading at the filling station. Product codes from the PID on the loading arm or at the filling station are compared with the product codes of the compartments in the tank truck. Loading or unloading is stopped if the codes do not match.

Multi Tank: Mixing protection for filling station and depot
The SECU MultiPID or the SECU SinglePID is installed at the filling station. The product code can be programmed directly at the filling station during installation. Each coupling must be insulated and earthed. Installation is very simple and requires no additional wiring in the filling shaft. Pendulum gas connections can also be monitored.
SinglePIDs or MultiPIDs are mounted on the loading arms at the depot. With an additional Modbus module for the MultiPIDs, a connection to the depot PLC can be established and product codes can be reprogrammed during operation.
